They are very flexible with hours depending who you are. If you work for the right department you can come and go as you please.
Cons
This company is run like its small but it is not. There is no communication. Raises rarely happen. If you’re salary your job is so easy. If you’re hourly they watch every minute of every day. Totally unfair. No team building. You get in trouble for talking.
