No tools or relationships in the community so you don't help secure housing, you babysit. Most of the staff are there for the money and are abusive of their power. The whole place is oppressive to staff and residents. The entire organization has gone from being a place that was good to work for years ago to screwing staff out of well-paying full-time jobs, and laying them all off to come back as PT. The remaining staff are bitter.
