Despite hospitality continuing to take a battering from every direction, there is still no better industry to work in, and I’m proud to be part of a team who are not only 100% backed by their investors and great CEO, but also supported by a phenomenal bunch of colleagues in both the restaurants and support centre. Big Table continues to evolve, strengthen and grow, giving us more opportunities for team development and progression, creativity, innovation and fun (which is a pre requisite). Sadly we have recently lost some roles to restructuring and there will always be others who don’t wish to embrace the evolution or change that is needed to overcome industry challenges. I’m sure there are a few reviews on here from people who have decided BTG isn’t for them which is a shame, but for me evolution of the brands is what keeps this industry exciting and relevant and why I love my job. Oh and the benefits are great too!
