The pay could be a lot better

Best location with good benefits.

Top management couldn’t solved linen crisis that been there years and this added pressure to managers and room attendants. Power of abuse, favoritism and discrimination are obviously there. From the upper management General manager down to lower management, all are practicing favoritism. Not a healthy place to work at.
