Pros
1. Salary on time. 2. Used to get bonus on time(not anymore). 3. Flexible timing(biggest advantage of being in Annet). 4. Less workload(vary, depending on project). 5. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. 6. Good for freshers as an entry point.(though I would recommend to keep this as last choice because of low salary and bad coding practices). 7. Good for testers.
Cons
1. Don't expect any salary hike(biggest Con). 2. Don't expect from anyone to appreciate your work. 3. Project follows bad engineering practices when it comes to coding(another biggest Con). 4. Don't expect anything from HR department. You have to run after them everyday to get your work done, it may take 1-2 months. 5. Worst HR department. They don't know their responsibilities. They always ignores your emails. You have to personally meet them and discuss your problems, don't expect anything to get resolved over just an email. 6. HR department is slowest department among all. It takes ages to address your smallest of smallest things. 7. Seniors don't have any knowledge on advanced coding/ industrial practices. 8. Seniority is decided on the number of years your have served in Annet, not on your skills. 9. Seniors(leads/managers) don't have any functional knowledge of their project. 10. Most of the developers are freshers with no training. And you can realize that by seeing the code. 11. This company is NOT FOR YOU IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANY TECHNICAL GROWTH. 12. Company is not hygienic. 13. No mediclaim policy. 14. No overtime incentives. 15. No leave encashment. 16. Salary for freshers is not upto the industry standards. Not even 50% of what other companies usually offers. 17. No awards/appreciation events to recognize employees' achievements. 18. No programs to encourage employees' productivity. 19. Company have stopped giving training to employees. Earlier they used to give training on latest technologies or what is important from project point of view. 20. Too much of politics at higher level(manager and above).
