Open to ideas, gives additional bonuses on year ends, anniversaries etc.
Cons
They always violate Republic Act 11036 and I’m stating this because every single thing is rush to them. When they ask for something it has to be done today, the max deadline is a week. Considering that they have lots of brands, and everything is considered as to them as “luxury” brands. I find it ridiculous that they would not give people time to think of unique ideas. Managers don’t trust employees enough to the point that they laugh at you if you don’t go to work because you have a stomach ache and would always gossip about their employees
