I’ve been working here as an Advisor, and what stands out most is how genuinely people-focused the company is. It’s not just something they say, it’s actually reflected in how the team operates day to day. There’s a strong sense of trust and autonomy. You’re encouraged to take ownership of your work, but at the same time, there’s always support when you need it. The leadership team is approachable and open, which makes a big difference. I also appreciate the collaborative culture. Even though everyone is busy, people are willing to share insights and help each other, rather than working in silos. It creates a positive and motivating environment.

As the company is still growing, processes and structures are sometimes evolving. This can occasionally lead to a bit of ambiguity, especially for newer team members. That said, if you’re someone who is comfortable in a flexible environment and can adapt, it’s not a major issue.

My time at Advisory Group was truly a rewarding learning experience. The role offered strong exposure to client coordination and recruitment operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that helped strengthen my confidence and accountability. A special mention to Scott Morgan — an exceptional manager and genuinely wonderful to work with. His guidance, encouragement, and approachable leadership style created a supportive atmosphere that made a real difference in my journey. Overall, it was a meaningful phase of professional growth and development.
