Special treatment for those in the leadership circle. Performance isn't relevant there. It is all about who they like—promotions are given to those who lack the skill and knowledge. Regardless of being outperforming and showing they have no business even in the position they were given. Senior insecurities resulted in blocking specific people that have a track record of success. In turn resulted in losing pitches and clients. Regardless, they continue to be secure as long as fake leadership friendships continue. No growth if you outperform your superiors because they will block it. Then they can continue to collect their large paychecks while faking it. Best to move on. Horrible culture.
