My experience here was overwhelmingly negative. Management turnover was constant—during my time with the company, there were approximately 10 different Food & Beverage Managers and 8 General Managers. The lack of stability created a chaotic work environment with very little structure or consistency.
There also appeared to be a significant disconnect between upper management and frontline employees. While senior leadership enjoyed extensive perks, many lower-level employees felt undervalued and were often criticized for taking basic breaks, including lunch periods. Employee meal accommodations were limited, and break areas were frequently overcrowded and uncomfortable.
I was also concerned by what I perceived to be poor hiring and oversight practices, which raised questions about leadership's judgment and commitment to maintaining a professional workplace environment.
Overall, the workplace culture felt disorganized, morale among staff was generally low, and employees were not treated with the level of respect they deserved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this employer to those seeking a supportive, professional, and well-managed work environment.
