Pros
The Okay: The work isn't hard, it's the same old stuff every week. The director is a great guy and very appreciative to his employees but turns a blind eye when it comes to how HR (his wife) treats them.
Cons
The Bad: Benefits are very poor. Insurance not affordable on all salaries. 1 week PTO till you've been there for 3+years. PTO is your vacation, sick days, funeral leave, jury duty, everything (any time you are out of the office they take away PTO). Employee handbook not readily available (HR hides it but claims employees always have access to it even though they never inform you on where to look) career advancement is a joke. Raises are only issued when someone fights for it.
The Horrible: HR takes advantage of the employees, never has anything good to say about anything, constantly lies or exaggerates the truth to make herself right, only hires people that don't have a spine. Does not follow labor laws, misclassifies employees to avoid paying for overtime but "requires" 45 hours a week.
Summary: Don't work here unless you really need the money but keep looking for something else. This is not a long term career!
