      Pros

      Texas Roadhouse's involvement in the communities made you very proud to be an employee. Their work with Habitat for Humanity is phenomenal.

      Cons

      Very much a male dominate culture. Few women at executive management level. Inconsistent explanation and/or enforcement of policies. Communication from senior management poor.

      Good money, fun atmosphere, good for getting your feet under you in the food service world

      Cons

      Management can be hard to read, favoritism definitely occurs. Not always the most flexible with time off.
