Cons
Budgets are slashed below minimal. Corporate leadership is so unaccountable local management blames them for everything. Site is so decentralized that crucial support systems are non existant. i.e. Human Resources, IT, Reg Affairs. Annual reviews are not utilized to encourage but to demoralize employees. Performance increases are non-existent and never have kept up with inflation.
