As Teva is a global company and the work is usually global - there are a lot of cross functional, organizational and cultural projects. The projects are usually big and interesting. A lot of career opportunities, but usually only if you know the right people. Good social package and social event.

A lot of career opportunities, but usually only if you know the right people. A culture based on time of employment in the company. The work load is very high, usually you work many hours daily and on weekends, otherwise you will not be able to get anything done on time.
