      Pros

      Great work and home balance Company Car and gas card are great my manager was terrific and worked to make you better but that is not always the case Pay was OK but not great

      Cons

      Senior Management was lacking a connection to the field rep and would promise everything and deliver nothing Bonus was usually low because the goal was unrealistic ( increase of 40% over last quarter was not unheard of) Products were just a not cutting edge

      Good Benefits and health care insurance

      Cons

      Bad management, lead by unqualified leader Bringing Indian contractors only, stealing jobs from american due to the leader which is Indian. HR is worthless. Do not trust them. High turn over Plenty of layoffs. Unfair reviews, and protecting friends only, playing favorites Site Leadership has unacceptable behaviors and unethical practices Stay away from this place.
