Pros
- gives experience in clinical development. although they are not the best protocols
Cons
- the year during which I was on maternity leave, I was not given a bonus because I "took my maternity leave"... - the whole team is overworked but nobody dares to complain to management or HR. When I did, I got fired... but they like to talk about the value of psychological safety - no useful feedback from management in 5 out of 6 years
