      Pros

      Tethers was a great company to work for prior to the acquisition from ARKA. It now is eminent that ARKA only values legacy Danbury mission technology employees and is putting the other company employees on RIF to reduce overhead.

      Smart, passionate people who care about the company's mission.

      Cons

      When Rob Hoyt ran the company (before ARKA purchased TUI), the company did better. The ARKA purchase did not go well. Chronically understaffed; PMs ended up doing Finance, Contracts, PM, BD, and intermittently backfilled the one overworked Scheduler. Not enough Engineers (all disciplines) to staff programs per awarded schedules.
