1. You will be paid on the first working day of the month. 2. Hybrid work culture.
Cons
1. They hire and fire people constantly, no job security. 2. No severance pay. If you are fired, you get nothing. 3. Unpaid weekend work. Managers will unofficially expect you to work from home on Saturdays and Sundays. 4. Long working hours. It says 9 hours on paper, but you will actually work over 11 hours a day. 5. No "bench" policy. If you aren't actively billed to a project, you will be let go immediately. 6. Dishonest HR. HR claims they never lay people off, but this is a lie. I have seen layoffs happen every two weeks.
