This used to be a customer focused organisation that nurtured it's people and was relentless in following it's customers needs
Cons
It's a disgrace that such an iconic British company has been brought to it's knees by such incompetent, and in some cases dishonest, senior management. Unfortunately it is now the people who have worked so hard to make the company what it was are now paying the price by losing their livelihoids.
