Pros
Great company with employee as well as environmental focus. Competitive pay and benefits with excellent opportunities to grow if just beginning. Good family oriented atmosphere with an absolute focus on safety.
Cons
For construction, work is project dependent which is the only reason I'm a former employee and not current. No projects equal no work, but that's the general nature of developing and construction.
