Pros
There are a lot of Pros for this company. Having been in the IT industry for quite some time now, TerpSys is by far the best company I have worked for. They offer a great benefits package. Their pay is right on scale for the industry and the job locations (despite other posts about their pay being low it isn't). The Company actually cares about the employees, the CEO makes a point of knowing EVERY employee. Flexible work schedule. Company culture - This is where TerpSys is different from every other company I have worked for. TerpSys treats everyone like family, in a good way, not like the creepy Aunt/Uncle you only see once a year. This family atmosphere may not be comfortable for everyone, so if you want to go to work and sit in a cube and not interact with anyone, this is not the company for you. TerpSys thrives on teamwork and working with each other. TerpSys does charity work and has company functions which are put together well. Internal promotions - TerpSys requires continued education and will reimburse for certifications. New contracts are coming, so TerpSys will recover from losing their large contract.
Cons
The only Con I can really think of are the Staff Meetings. At least you get paid for attending or watching online.
