Highly competitive compensation, 100% employer paid health insurance, very stable company. Employees are good, hardworking people producing a great product. Everyone is friendly enough, kind, and willing to help each other. Owners have very solid ethical standards and adhere to them. They seem very fair with all employees.

Austere environment, extremely quiet, nose-to-grindstone type place. Rather old fashioned as there is no telework/telecommute opportunity, rigid fixed schedule, and office banter seems frowned upon. Great if you want a very peaceful, subdued work environment. It's a little odd if you're used to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace with lots of humor and friendly banter. Ended up being a poor culture fit for me personally, but other employees seemed quite content.
