      - Growth in the company, opportunities of lateral movements - Opportunities of going abroad for short/long projects - Always looks for improvement and good innovations for the future

      Cons

      - Blue Collars are not treated equally with White Collars - Still too hierarchical as a company - Need a long people-chain till you make a decision, especially when you are an employee in Cluster 1 (Analysts)

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
