      Pros

      Middle management can be very enjoyable to work with. Good about hiring within. Flexible with time off.

      Cons

      Upper management is overpaid and not worth it. Communication is non existent other than random whisperings in the hallway. The pay is low unless you are part of the upper management and their "inner circle." Too many "ups and downs". Lack of vision for the business. It's a shame because they had a great team.

      Pros

      Management leads by example. Hard work combined with positive focus on customer needs lead to positive outcomes and positive employee satisfaction levels.

      Cons

      Company's market place is limited. It needs to expand either to other countries or expand its product line to open new markets. Strong loyalty to employees sometimes leads to a slower response time for HR issues
