Pros
The people are friendly, and as an outside sales representative, I had full control of my customers. I took very good care of them, and was always looking for product that might be better than what they were using.
Cons
Was always changing our quota, and the method of compensation. It was like they didn't want us to succeed, but I always managed to make my quota.
