Lots of skills, experience and competence in a company working for challenging customers. Possibilities for development of skills and competencies. Fairly large latitude in how to execute assignments.
Cons
Little exciting development of the company and its markets. Not much for consultants to do when at the office between assignments. Some assignments way too long (5 years+).
