      Pros

      Working with the TelMed Services team is great. I get to provide care to rural patients who would otherwise have much trouble getting access to medical advice. I am able to work from home or wherever I like with a reliable internet and telephone connection.

      Cons

      At this point in time the only con is that there aren't enough members to perform consultations with. However that will change very soon.

      Pros

      Good communication to the employees and physicians. Work/life balance is more than acceptable. Senior management is accessible and extremely open to anything that is of benefit to the company and its physicians.

      Cons

      Because it is a startup company, most processes are up-and-running as others need to be further established. However I believe the company is working diligently with this.
