      Team and management respect work life balance. (Yes there is an expectation that if something urgent comes up or if you need to finish your work, work longer hours. But work load is fair and there is not expectation of working 12 hours every day) Great benefits Salary is fair

      Internal systems could use some updates, but overall clean

      Extremely smart engineers in Oregon, generally has a decent culture, invincible brand name

      Cons

      Company profit isn't being reinvested into itself, parent company controls all profit. This can be seen in lack of NPIs.
