Pros
I appreciate the corporate culture and people here. Even in difficult times of the war in Ukraine, they support and help employees. I also want to note that the company gives a lot of freedom and tools for personal growth.
Cons
The company is at a stage where you have to build it like your child, but I really like it. You can participate in important changes for the company, and your opinion is valuable. So I don't have any cons yet.
