      Pros

      Actually, I am currently work at Securities and Exchange Organization (which is master and owner of Tehran Securities Exchange Technology Management). It has competitable salary and is rather good. The job environment is rather good.

      Cons

      Technical experts are not very professional except three or four of them. It is both private and governmental organization. Hence, It suffers from mag-rotation. Top managers are not series in fulfillment of Information Security.
