Pros

Only the coworkers because we are all in this together. The feedback provided today is as a department opinion.

Cons

Horrible pay merit increases less than $1 raise after 2 years. Remote system constantly crashes. Ownership changed 3 times in 2 years They seem to think merit increases will iron out the lack of hourly pay. Horrible benefits only HDHP which are barely affordable with the rate of pay. Only provide $600 in health savings account for 2023, much less than previous year reimbursement amount given.

Pros

Tegria offered me competitive compensation and a strong remote-first work environment that supports flexibility. Leadership was a highlight of my experience, as both my manager and director were supportive, approachable, and invested in employee success. Additionally, the HR team was highly organized and structured, which contributed to clear processes and a positive employee experience. I loved the ability to apply to work from abroad and the immediate vesting in 401k + once a year bonus.

Cons

Teams often operate in silos, which can create a disjointed experience for customers who utilize multiple services. The organizational structure can make cross-functional collaboration challenging at times. Additionally, the company’s large size can result in executive decisions being made with limited direct engagement with frontline staff. The overall culture can also feel somewhat reserved, which may not appeal to those seeking a more dynamic or highly interactive environment.
