-Good for fresher (1-2 years) -Good for learning point of view.
Cons
-worst environment i have seen ever. -working in just like labour environment. -boss directly deal with employees, no hierarchy. -very arrogant boss, can say any thing with employee. -can be called on sunday or holiday any time and it happened frequently. -hire fresher and assign research and development work. -for fresher you have to be sign a bank guarantee of 50000 rupees for 2 years. -no professional environment.
