You'll work with many inspiring, people. When you see people in senior positions, you may have gripes with there style, but their basic competence it the job is often undinable. There are formal trainings that are super high quality, intensive but few and far between. However lower targets for utilisation compared to competitors allows people to develop their skills and look up guides. Learning by osmosis is great at Technopolis you'll often get seniors offering small bits of invaluable advice over a short chat at lunch or an over the shoulder request for help. Great social scene for an office, generous expressing policy and very mutually supportive culutre amongst junior staff.
Cons
Much more will be expected of you in terms of quantity and quality of work than in equivilant work places. The wages are not always equivilant to the expectations on you, though generous bonuses somewhat make up for this gap.
