(Its all about ego) The key to success is kiss-ass rather than results CEO/Chair is surrounded by Yes-Men who do not hold others to account Is globally structured where the Areas either dictate to or ignore direction from the Global Leaders PCLT is full of followers and lead by a power crazed individual Consistently reorganizes means the organization does not met its potential
