this is one of the worst company that exist as of today on earth. Whenever they get a new technically tough project they hire the best technology expert at any cost from the market. Then the project runs for 6-7 month. and when it comes to maintenance mode then the new hires who are 4+ year experience are fired. Because freshers are sufficient to run the project in maintenance mode. This senior expert resource hiring and firing is the trend here. Only join this comapny if you are 1-2 years experience. Dont go for their high salary offer as it will only continue till 6-7 month after that you will be shown the out door by any mean. I have seen many such cases here. I saw many candidates who just disappeared in 2-3 months.
