These seem to come from people who didn’t have the required skills to perform their role. The company gave them multiple opportunities, but hard decisions had to be taken when expectations weren’t met. Overall, this is one of the best companies I’ve worked with great culture, amazing leadership, and plenty of opportunities to grow. Highly recommend!
