Pros
Culture: The camaraderie here is real and everyone’s approachable and invested in each other’s success, creating a tight knit yet professional vibe. Management wants to see me succeed here and they really do listen to your ideas. Business is booming here so I feel confident in the leadership as well. The new offices are very clean and sleek and impressively quiet, even on the production floor which really helps me focus. She balances professionalism with genuine care for us staff. This is huuge because it really feels like a safe space to work and if there was ever a conflict I feel safe to discuss with her. This is a super high-trust environment with minimal office politics. Very diverse and women hold a significant amount of key roles, myself being included which makes me feel like I will be able to be here for a long time. Compensation: The pay is competitive in my department, and management was transparent and flexible during salary negotiations, which made me feel very respected. They also have at least 1 really nice free team lunch per month and fun drawings for prizes like TVs. It feels like we are doing company lunches all the time. PTO is generous and leadership does not make you request 2 weeks in advance as long as you are getting your work done. Work Itself: High-trust environment! Leadership is hands on enough to guide us but trust us to take ownership of our work. Daily I am impressed by how much recognition and constructive feedback I receive, which keeps me motivated and definitely engaged. I have yet to see any negative "office politics" and most everyone genuinely likes each other here. I have yet to feel blindsided, defensive or seen any negative "office politics". There’s a solid path for career growth, and I feel trusted to take charge of my development. The business is growing steadily, creating new projects and roles that let you build skills and advance.
Cons
Office snack bar is stocked well but the granola bars could double as a door stop.
