TRD is a fast paced environment where you are challenged to color outside the lines yet their focus is on maintaining a consistent approach to attracting top talent. They are passionate about the candidate experience and treat all the contractors as they do their fulltime employees. Benefits, PTO,401k and profit sharing are amongst many of the perks they offer to their contractors. Plenty of flexibility to get the job done.
Cons
They are still in growth mode and continue to develop more relationships to create more opportunities throughout the Seattle market. This takes time but the best advice to potential contractors is to make yourself known and stay in touch with the Recruiting team and they will find you the right role.
