No proper requirement documentation; QA is expected to test without clarity QA is not involved in requirement discussions or planning meetings Developers and PMs make decisions without including QA Blame is shifted to QA when bugs are missed due to unclear requirements Salaries are consistently delayed despite promised timelines (15th–20th) Salary delays are a regular issue, even for senior employees HR team is unresponsive and lacks professionalism No proper communication or accountability from management Poor time management and completely unstructured workflow

1) Hybrid working in my core telecom industry at client side. 2) Employee benefits were revised after talking to new HR (Devyani) 3) Always great to have the US director in internal standup calls, helps gain a different insight on client work. 4) Working since past 6 months, initially was averse to join due to bad reviews at glassdoor, yet took a chance as the JD was good and then came to know that laid off employees copying and pasting same reviews.

Hope the directors in Pune, Bangalore and US do something about the glassdoor reviews.
