Pros
I have had a great first 6 months at Teads. From day one everything has been smooth and thought through. My induction with the HR Manager was seamless, including all my tech working right away. I was also introduced to everyone and had meetings set up for me over the course of my first week. There is a training portal to take advantage of as well, to get you up to speed with what Teads are about their products and offerings, which is great. Within my first 2 months it was review time and even though I was relatively new I still had a full review with my manager to go over what I had achieved so far and what my plans where for 2018. I was also offered any tools or training which might help within my role. Since then I have had regular catch ups with my manager and wider team which is really helpful, especially when settling in. I was also lucky enough to attend the Teads Annual Summit this year which was a fantastic experience and really made me feel part of the Teads Team. On top of a fantastic on-boarding experience and first 6 months in my role, the people at Teads are great too. Everyone is friendly and approachable no matter their level within the company. Then just to top off everything there are some good perks here too. Free lunches, breakfasts, drinks events, wellness sessions, gym, fitness sessions in the office etc etc.
