Great people, team spirit, flexible hours within reason, fantastic support, full benefits, 401K match, positive people, a fully stocked kitchen with food and drinks for everyone, a mentor program, management that checks in with you to see how you are doing whenever they are in the office.

Cons

None that I have noted.

Total compensation can be better, change of insurance not great, unable to use all PTO due to work schedule.

Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
