      - Good socials outside of work - Good salary bonus if hit targets

      Cons

      - So focused on sales teams and money they nelgect admin functions (remember you wouldn't be where you are without them). Extremely unbalanced treatment when it comes to pay rises and promotions. - No progression - Old fashioned business with no flexibility - Micro management

      Some friendly faces, nice social close nit industry.

      Cons

      Will get 0 feedback or support depending on who your regional manager and manager are. Don’t expect formal weekly or monthly catchups (or at least them to be honest) Old fashioned business in every possible way. Poor working environment, bad environment where everyone would say something about the manager behind their back because they speak to people in a demeaning manner.
