pay and leave allowances (if they agree to give you the time that you request, which in most cases - everyone else is either on constant vacations and business trips, so they want you to cover for them)
Cons
inconsistent work, non-managerial employees trying to act like your boss, unprofessional, vission and mission statements are just there for PR sake and nothing more, they have unqualified people working in positions that make your job near to intolerable on a daily basis, some employees in HR are phony and are working under falsely listed qualifications (no background checks are being performed here).
