Good people, safety is their primary concern. Good hours, proper training offered.

Hard, physical work, not a young man's game.

Great pay. Provided everything you need to do job.

Most, not all, employees play games with actual work, along with management. Not sure management knows what they are doing. Having "lay offs" all the while I know for a 100% fact they hired people after each lay off. No 6 month plan for profit, just winging it.
