Hi There, Wow! we are amazed how can someone work in a company where there is no job security and no skill growth for good 3 years....... Let me help you with the Pros here : - worked for more than 3 years - got satisfying appraisal every year to continue working - got growth in career that is why you stayed with a company for more than 3 years ( I am assuming here that you are competent enough to get another job but you chose to stay with Tangence for more than 3 years ) - a good work culture - good team and peers to work with - 25% employees working with the company for over 10 years also... - Employees are joining back the company for their 2nd stint for all the good reasons. For the cons: we are thankful to you for sharing your thoughts. As an organization we have an open policy and always welcome ideas. We appreciate people bringing up improvement suggestions while they are working with us and not after they leave. We as a company will be happy to improve things for each and every employee while they are with us. For the glassdoor reviews we believe the negatives here are fake as they are repeatedly coming from the same person every few days. Though we will surely look deeply into the HR Policies and try and make them even better as we know that even best can be better.
