We are sorry to hear that your experience at Tandem hasn't been enjoyable. Tandem have done a lot of work over the past 12 months to ensure that benefits, salaries and total compensation match market rates. We are continually reviewing our reward offering and aim to ensure that employees in Tandem can access to benefits in a fair and equitable way.
We have made investments in engagement tools such as Peakon to be able to better understand culture across the business and work to ensure that all employees are having a good experience working for the bank.
I am sorry to hear that you feel there have been instances of micromanagement, preferential treatment and cliques at Tandem. I would recommend reaching out to the People team if these issues are still occurring. These behaviours aren't in line with the culture we have in other parts of the business and the People team are there to help.
