I joined Talview in March 2020 as a Product Support Engineer and have had an incredible journey over the past five years. The company provided unwavering support during the COVID-19 pandemic and during my personal health challenges, offering flexible work-from-home options whenever needed, even though the company primarily operates in an in-person model. One of the standout aspects of Talview is its leadership. I’ve had the privilege of working under multiple great leaders, and my current leadership team is truly exceptional — approachable, supportive, and inspiring. Being part of a growing startup gave me plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and take ownership. I was trusted with responsibilities early on, and my ideas were always heard and encouraged. From Product Support Executive to SME, then Team Lead, and now a Customer Success Manager — this journey has been both empowering and fulfilling.

Honestly, I don't have any major cons to highlight. Any feedback I or the team provided was always taken seriously, and necessary actions were taken. This openness to feedback creates a genuinely positive work culture.
