Flexibility They truly appreciate their employees/team Integrity is important and it shows Lots of great recruiting talent Part-time benefits offered All remote team Overall, just a really great group of people to work with Management truly cares
Cons
The same as anywhere working remotely - you are not in person with your colleagues, BUT they work hard to have weekly calls to stay connected and make you feel like part of the team. And the benefits of working remotely outweigh any "challenge". I don't look at it as a con though- it just takes a little longer to get to know your team. No real cons to report!
