Worst job ever - Marketing Talent Village Employee Review

The satisfaction of leaving the company.

Everything!!!! The bosses are narcissistic bullies who think they can control your life by threatening you that you’ll lose your job otherwise. If you wanted to ever OCCASIONALLY leave on time the CEO would consider that you’re “not working hard enough”. Genuinely the worst time of my life and I have never felt happier than the moment I got the leave the company. It’s gone from a company of over 40 employees to 5 or less in the space of a year….will let that speak for itself

Working with my immediate team, who were great. That’s literally it.

Very poor work-life balance, poor pay, expected to be on the clock late into the evening (sometimes 10-11pm) and I understand this is the nature of the marketing world sometimes, but the staff were never thanked or compensated. Also management who did not care how they spoke to you nor if they literally reduced you to tears. Genuinely was SO thankful to have left this place and especially now I know what it’s like to work somewhere that actually values you as a person and member of staff.
