Worse ever management I worked before. - Anonymous employee Takenaka Employee Review

The worse ever Japanese PD I worked before. I've never seen a Japanese with no culture. I'm not sure if he is purely a Japanese or mixture of a useless blood. No technical knowledge, only know about housekeeping. No status to take proper decision as a PD. I would prefer he step down and go back to his country.
