      great benefits & salary , good facilities ( gym , entertainment floor , near by cafe shops ) , good for building you career

      selecting a wrong people to work in sensitive position , a lot of Internal alliances , a lot of ego behavior spread in the company.

      Pros

      Takamol is one of the best workplaces I’ve had the opportunity to work at. It has a very positive, professional, and supportive engineering team. The team is clear about product goals and roadmap, and they consistently maintain professional communication across all teams.

      I do not see any.

      Good environment, a lot of events, everyone is supportive.

      Cons

      Due to most projects linked to Government (Ministry of HR) it takes a lot of time to finish or start something, and it needs to get the approval of everyone
